  5. MiniSoft's Mail List records first name, last name, company name, address,
  6. city, state, zip, and country. Mail lists are sorted automatically by name,
  7. company name, and zip. Entries in the mail list can be accessed randomly by
  8. name or company name, for inspection or modification. The Mail List will print
  9. listings and labels (from one to four up), sorted by name, company name, or
  10. zip. If the user selects to print labels sorted by zip code, the routines
  11. produce a listing of the number of names printed to each different zip code;
  12. useful for bulk mailings. Each label printed can be repeated up to 99 times.
  13. The Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules can access the Mail List
  14. functions, automatically, to print mailing labels and to prepare a file of
  15. names for inclusion in a form letter. Record locking controls access to the
  16. data. Printing from terminals is supported.
